Kriya, Chakras and Kundalini

This course will peel back some of the deeper layers to the subtle body, including and especially our chakra system. Dive deep into your inner dimensions and activate the six key spinal centers through kriya and mantra designed to purify and awaken the dormant evolutionary energy known as Kundalini.

Throughout our live sessions, we will systematically address the different concepts plus the necessary practices, techniques and cues to bring about a state of transformation from the inside out, starting at the root and working our way upward through the spinal column.

Intellectual learning meets experiential and embodied knowing.
